Office Fit Out
This project presented a valuable opportunity to deliver another successful outcome for an international client, exceeding their expectations by completing the transformation on time within the 5-month program. The task involved transforming 1,500m² of office space in the highly regarded building at 2 Market Street into a modern, functional office that would house Twilio’s Australian headquarters.
The project began with a complete strip-out of the existing CBA Cyber Security Centre, creating a clean slate for the new fit-out. The works included the installation of all new mechanical, fire, hydraulic, communication, and electrical services, alongside an upgrade to the base building’s distribution board and metering. The result is a state-of-the-art office space that meets the needs of Twilio’s operations while aligning with the company’s vision for its Australian headquarters.
The design included the following facilities; reception, waiting lounge, work cafe, training room, open workspaces, various meeting rooms, deep focus library, comms room with IT Store, collaboration areas, phone booths, game zone and wellness room.
