This architectural project, located at Cremorne Point on Sydney’s harborside, is a stunning transformation of a once-wearied 1980s building. The renovation has imbued the space with a strong sense of clarity and harmony, offering improved circulation and seamless movement between its distinct zones. Laycock Constructions collaborated closely with Studioplusthree, whose classical approach brought a timeless and enduring quality to the design.

The apartment’s generous internal layout, re-imagined for optimal use of its rare expansive floor area, fosters a calm and tranquil atmosphere. Natural light flows beautifully throughout, creating a peaceful environment that balances form and function. Central to the design is a minimalistic palette that unifies the space, connecting all elements with a clear and confident vision.
